Fix pop-up tag that says scan is complete when I had just started the scan. PLUS Needs to be able to delete or MOVE or cut a file that it shows.

So obviously, it needs a right click menu that allows all regular right-click things,AND very much needs to be able to show exactly what files it's associated with and the complete file path. Some things I have no idea what it could be or is used for. Fear grips me about deleting those. It did find a LOT, though, which is great, IF I could tell what they all are.
